Click on any artist name, and you can punch up all locations where the artist name appears. Every set list is saved historically and sets are quick and easy to export to USBs or other devices. By this I mean that there is one physical location of your song, but the location can be copied across many multiple instances. The record box is my favorite feature, easily enabling the creation of diverse playlists containing single tracks into multiple locations. There is also a massive selection of effects in which you can multi-layer per channel. This really helps creativity, as do the intuitive cue+loop features, enabling on the fly remixes of your favorite tunes.īeat Grid and SYNC enable you to seamlessly mix tunes perfectly into one another.
Traktor features up to 4 decks simultaneously, with sample decks capable of storing up to 16 samples per deck. There are several fantastic Traktor external controllers like the X1 and S1 (sample player) which again, have both swiftly become industry standard. You will need a compatible external sound-card (go on native instruments website to check compatibility) to utilize an external mixer OR a Traktor in terface (all in one controller + mixer - TRY BEFORE YOU BUY ! ).
