As the 2017 version I have works, HOWEVER atm is experiencing an overloaded memory usage thing. The left is my usual settings, the right is from the newest update and my attempts to get it to look similar to the left. Paint Tool SAI v1 (I prefer it over v2 for personal reasons) works on Windows 10 by setting the compatibility mode to Windows XP, but does this same trick work for Windows 11 Been looking to upgrade, but Im not sure about the compatibility.

But having them is not enough you need to know how to make the SAI brush settings according to your artwork. Having a set of brushes that helps you with that is always good. I tried playing around with the Tool Preference Panel, Min Size, Stabilizer and even the pen's tablet pressure, but nothing seems to really do much.either that or I'm just not doing it right. One of your main focus as an artist is to know the basic of shade, outlines and basically how to sketch properly. For example, it can produce a variety of interesting brushstrokes with a simple uneven dot or short line as the basis. I'm used to the 2017 01 19 SAI 2 version settings, but the 2023 version I use for some reason the drag of my brushes is very sensitive.
